WELCOME TO OUR ADULT DAY CARE!
We provide a safe and secure environment for the elderly and persons with disabilities to go during the daytime hours. Our desire is for our participants to benefit spiritually, socially, and physically from the programs and services in which we provide. Our goal is to use our hands, as well as, our hearts to provide compassionate, Christ-centered and excellent adult day services to the elderly and those with a disability.
AGAP ADULT DAY CARE
- Offers a more affordable long term care options.
- Provides stimulating activities throughout the day.
- Strengthens an individual’s abilities while supporting their limitations.
- Provides health monitoring.
- Includes an Individual Care Plan that’s unique to each participant.
ACTIVITIES
The activities are designed to meet the interests of and support the physical, social, mental and emotional skills and abilities of participants in order to promote or maintain their highest level of functioning independence.
MEALS
Nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks are served daily.
